This standard stipulates the maximum allowable discharge concentration of 69 kinds of water pollutants and the maximum allowable discharge volume of some industries according to the direction of sewage discharge.

1.2 Scope of application

This standard is applicable to the discharge management of existing units of water pollutants, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, completion acceptance and discharge management after they are put into production.
