Vapor Recovery

Description:
Description:
Information

In the Crude Oil & Coal Mining industry, common Vapor Recovery needs are: Casing-Gas Recycling of Christmas Tree, Vapor Recycling & Treatment for Various Crude Oil Tanks and Separation and Recycling of Crude Oil Volatile Gas, Heavy Hydrocarbon (Condensate), etc.

— Case —

Casing-Gas Recycling of Christmas Tree (Sinopec Jiangsu Oilfield Branch)

(1) Taking adsorption + safe and high-strength regeneration process as the core technology, high-strength safe regeneration can ensure stable compliance and the service life of activated carbon for a long time;

(2) The recovery management system is equipped with corresponding automatic instruments and control systems to realize the efficient and safe operation of the unattended and vapor recovery system;

(3) Combining various regeneration methods to ensure the regeneration efficiency of adsorbent materials;

(4) While ensuring efficient recovery of condensate, ensure that the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in tail gas emissions is less than or equal to 50mg/m3, and the emission indicators of characteristic pollutants are far lower than the national emission indicators (for example, the emission concentration of benzene can be less than or equal to 2mg/m3 )

(5) Green and low-carbon operation, recycling condensate, turning waste into treasure, and realizing carbon emission reduction and energy recovery;

(6) The condensate of the same quality as the raw material can be recovered. When the full opening rate is ≥50%, the investment can be recovered in 3 to 4 years.

(1) Taking membrane separation + adsorption + safe and high-strength regeneration process as the core technology, with compression, pretreatment, absorption, condensation and other processes as supporting auxiliary technologies;

(2) Membrane separation improves the recovery efficiency and reduces the load on the adsorption section of the adsorbent.

(3) The recovery management system is equipped with corresponding automatic instruments and control systems to realize the efficient and safe operation of the unattended and vapor recovery system;

(4) Combining various regeneration methods to ensure the regeneration efficiency of adsorbent materials;
