(1) The chemical pretreatment section is used as an auxiliary process to reduce the waste gas treatment load of the two-stage biological treatment section and improve the removal efficiency of the waste gas treatment system;

(2) The two-stage biological treatment section adopts our mature biological trickling filtration and biological filter technology, which can effectively ensure the residence time of waste gas in the packed bed and maximize the waste gas treatment effect. The waste gas treatment process is all biochemical reactions, no secondary pollution is generated, and the waste gas is finally oxidized into CO2, H2O, etc.

(3) Our company has an original strain culture technology, optimizes the screening of strains that meet the actual needs, and cultivates corresponding strains according to the exhaust gas components to adsorb and degrade odor-causing substances;

(4) Our company cooperates with well-known domestic universities such as Nanjing University and Jiangnan University, and has the ability to screen, cultivate and inoculate strains, and has the necessary equipment and facilities for strain isolation, inoculation, preservation, and domestication;

(5) The exhaust emission indicators meet the requirements of VOCs≤120mg/m³, H2S≤0.33kg/h, NH3≤4.9kg/h, and the odor concentration is less than 500 (dimensionless).

FRP cover

1. The FRP cover has excellent mechanical properties and can withstand large wind and snow loads;

2. The cover plate is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has strong corrosion resistance and good on-site installation;

3. The cover plate has sufficient strength and overall rigidity to meet the design requirements of the cover system;

4. Reinforcing ribs are added to the cover plate and side sealing plate to effectively increase the support strength of FRP and ensure the bearing capacity of heavy snow in winter;

5. A rectangular inspection port is provided on the cover plate to facilitate daily observation and maintenance. This method ensures the normal operation of the equipment and the daily operation of personnel, and is easy to install and disassemble.

Membrane capping

1. Membrane-covered steel frame externally reduces direct contact with sewage, which can reduce corrosion and prolong the service life of steel structure;

2. It is suitable for various span pools, and the membrane material can meet the functions of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-static and other functions;

3. All the open parts of the structure are sealed, the transmission equipment (scraper) is left outside the cover, and the maintenance work can be carried out outside the cover. It is not limited to the limitation of the space around the tank body, and can solve the defects of built-in mud scraper, increased corrosion and inconvenient maintenance. Pipeline
