Solid Waste Treatment

Description:
Description:
Information

In the Petrochemical, Coal Chemical Industry, common Solid Waste Treatment needs are: Regeneration Of Waste Activated Carbon and Reduction Of Sludge & Oily Sludge, etc.

— Case —

Waste gas treatment for sewage treatment plant and sewage lifting tank(Handling gas volume:200000 m3/h)

Waste gas treatment for sewage treatment plant and sewage lifting tank(Handling gas volume:160000 m3/h)

Waste gas treatment for hazardous waste warehouse & production equipment(Handling gas volume:50000 m3/h)

Waste gas treatment for hazardous waste warehouse & production equipment(Handling gas volume:35000 m3/h)

(1) The application range of activated carbon is becoming more and more extensive, but because activated carbon is easily saturated during use and loses its adsorption capacity, it must be replaced frequently to achieve the effect of use. Activated carbon is expensive, and each replacement of new carbon increases the operating cost of the enterprise. The regeneration and activation of the saturated waste activated carbon can restore the adsorption performance to more than 95%, and the carbon loss rate after regeneration is less than 20%. The purpose of circular economy can be achieved.

(2) The waste activated carbon activation device developed by our company can separate and recover the high-boiling point substances (oil and gas) produced in the activation process through a four-phase separator, and use the recovered materials (oil and gas) for heating of the activation device. Thermal energy can be recycled or connected to the grid for power generation, realizing resource and energy reuse, reducing operating costs, and having good application prospects.

(1) The system is equipped with a heat energy recovery system, which mainly includes the heat energy recovery of drying tail gas and the heat energy recovery of gasification tail gas;

(2) The system is equipped with an exhaust gas energy recovery system. The light oil with low boiling point in the drying process is recovered after being evaporated, and it is converted into the energy required for the drying and gasification process;

(3) Adopt indirect combustion heating method to reduce heat loss and reduce total carbon emission reduction;

(4) The system is equipped with a combustible gas generator to provide energy for drying and gasification, and excess electricity can be connected to the grid.
