— Technical Overview —
For volatile oil and gas and organic solvents, compression + condensation/absorption + membrane separation process is adopted, combined with advanced treatment + safe and high-strength regeneration process (ie high-efficiency adsorbent absorption and desorption process) to recover and treat oil and gas, and the recovered condensate The oil separation can maintain the same quality as the raw material. The advanced treatment unit ensures the recovery efficiency of oil and gas and the exhaust gas up to the standard, and the safe and high-strength regeneration unit ensures the service life and performance of the adsorbent.
The recovery efficiency of the system is as high as 99% or more, the emission concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons is less than 50mg/m3, and the emission concentration of benzene is as low as 2mg/m3. When the full opening rate of the oil and gas recovery device is ≥50%, it can be recovered in about 3~4 years. invest.
★ Compression process section
The volatile oil and gas first enter the special oil and gas compression system, and automatically adjust the working frequency of the compressor according to the change of the pipeline pressure, so as to balance the system load and the corresponding intake air volume. The compressor is a special compressor for oil and gas safety.
★ Condensation/absorption section
Condensation Separation: By reducing the oil and gas to a suitable condensation temperature, the substances in the gaseous state are condensed and separated from the oil and gas. In order to further improve the efficiency of the pretreatment section, an absorption process can be added, and the absorbent is usually diesel.
★ Membrane separation treatment section
According to the dissolution and diffusion rate of different organic gases in the membrane, that is, the difference in permeation rate (for example, organic gases are easier to dissolve and penetrate than nitrogen and oxygen), when the mixed gas passes through the membrane group, a high-concentration organic gas permeation flow is formed on the permeate side, while On the high-pressure retentate side, a retentate gas stream enriched with conventional gas (air, methane, etc.) is formed to complete the gas separation. The separated permeate gas is recovered by vacuum condensation, and the separated low-concentration gas on the residual side enters the advanced treatment section for adsorption and recovery.
★ Advanced processing section

The adsorption tank has an intake and exhaust gas distribution system, and a regeneration steam gas distribution system to ensure the adsorption and regeneration efficiency;
The adsorbent uses a variety of adsorption fillers, and the adsorbent is modified and passivated in a targeted manner to ensure the safety and adsorption efficiency.
The adsorption tank has the function of over-temperature automatic cooling, automatic fire extinguishing, over-pressure alarm,and equiped with high-temperature alarm lights .
★ Safe and high-strength regeneration system
In order to ensure the efficiency and thoroughness of regeneration, especially the desorption and regeneration of high boiling point substances ,and prolong the service life of adsorbent materials,the high-strength desorption and regeneration technology adpopt various measures such as high temperature、high vacuum and rapid cooling ,and is equiped with a fire extinguishing device. After regeneration, the cooled and seperated non-condensable gas is returned to the inlet of the vapor recovery device.
