— Technical Overview —

For volatile oil and gas and organic solvents, condensation/absorption pretreatment process is adopted, combined with advanced treatment + safe and high-intensity regeneration process (ie high-efficiency adsorbent adsorption and desorption process) to recover and treat oil and gas, and the recovered condensate can be recovered. Maintain the same quality as the raw material. The advanced treatment unit ensures the recovery efficiency of oil and gas and the exhaust gas up to the standard, and the safe and high-strength regeneration unit ensures the service life and performance of the adsorbent.

The system recovery efficiency is as high as 99% or more, the non-methane total hydrocarbon emission concentration is lower than 50mg/m³, the benzene emission concentration is as low as 2mg/m3, and the oil and gas recovery device can be recovered in about 3~4 years when the full opening rate is ≥50%. invest.

 

★ Condensing/absorbing section

Condensation separation: By reducing the oil and gas to a suitable condensation temperature, the gaseous substances are condensed and separated from the oil and gas. In order to further improve the efficiency of the pretreatment section, an absorption process can be added, and the absorbent is usually diesel.

★ Advanced processing section

The advanced treatment adopts the adsorption process, and is equipped with corresponding pipelines, valves and instruments. The adsorption system also includes the following features:

The adsorption tank has an intake and exhaust gas distribution system, and a regeneration steam gas distribution system to ensure the adsorption and regeneration efficiency;

The adsorbent uses a variety of adsorption fillers, and the adsorbent is modified and passivated in a targeted manner to ensure the safety and adsorption efficiency.

The adsorption tank has the function of over-temperature automatic cooling, automatic fire extinguishing, over-pressure alarm,and equiped with high-temperature alarm lights .

★ Safe and high-strength regeneration system

In order to ensure the efficiency and thoroughness of regeneration, especially the desorption and regeneration of high boiling point substances ,and prolong the service life of adsorbent materials,the high-strength desorption and regeneration technology adpopt various measures such as high temperature、high vacuum and rapid cooling ,and is equiped with a fire extinguishing device. After regeneration, the cooled and seperated non-condensable gas is returned to the inlet of the vapor recovery device.

 

— Technical Value —

(1) With adsorption + safe high-strength regeneration process as the core technology, high-strength safe regeneration can ensure stable compliance and the service life of activated carbon for a long time;

(2) The recovery management system is equipped with corresponding automatic instruments and control systems to realize the efficient and safe operation of unattended and oil and gas recovery systems;

(3) Combining a variety of regeneration methods to ensure the regeneration efficiency of adsorbent materials;

(4) While ensuring efficient recovery of condensate oil, ensure that the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in tail gas emissions is ≤50mg/m3, and the characteristic pollutant emission indicators are far lower than the national emission indicators (for example, the emission concentration of benzene can be ≤2mg/m3 )

(5) Green and low-carbon operation, recycling of condensate, turning waste into treasure, realizing carbon emission reduction and energy recovery;
