The company adopts the process of“Sludge/sludge drying + high temperature pyrolysis”:

(1)sludge/sludge drying

sludge/sludge drying using an improved dual-blade sludge drying system, drying process isolation of air, to ensure safety, the volatile VOCs gas and water vapor from drying process are separated by cooling and cooling, the water vapor and VOCs from drying process are recovered and separated to meet the emission standard The reclaimed VOCs can be reused to improve the security of the system and the efficiency of energy drying, and the moisture content of the sludge after drying can be easily controlled.

(2)High temperature cracking

The oil sludge/sludge after drying is reduced by a pyrolysis furnace, and the gasification process of the oil sludge/sludge is made safer by adopting oxygen isolation gasification, the heating process of the gasifier does not use the combustion heating method, and has no flue gas emission, and the gasification process of the oil sludge/sludge after drying is made safer by adopting the oxygen isolation gasification method, there is also no loss of energy from flue gas emissions; the furnace achieves variable temperature control, heating the sludge/sludge and ensuring that the oil in the sludge is vaporized and gasified. In addition, supporting a dedicated gasifier and catalytic (using a dedicated catalyst) device, the oil in the sludge is completely treated; to ensure that other organic matter in the sludge is gasification, gasification tail gas into small molecule combustible gas, the gasifier is free from coking and tar. After gasification, the total amount of residual sludge sludge sludge is about 10% of that of the original sludge sludge sludge sludge. The main components are inorganic substances such as silicon dioxide and carbon, and the carbon content is about 10-20% .

The oxygen-separated gasifier greatly improves the safety performance of the equipment, is an innovation in the sludge pyrolysis equipment, and has good economic and social benefits. Recovery and utilization of high calorific value organic gas from pyrolysis. The smoke generated, dry mud are qualified discharge.
