Pretreatment + advanced treatment + safe and high-strength regeneration (non-condensable gas reduction)

— Technical Overview —

Organic waste gas treatment refers to low-concentration, multi-component organic waste gas treatment. The entire waste gas treatment system includes three parts: sealing and capping, pipeline transportation and waste gas treatment. The three mutually restrict each other and are the key to ensuring the stability of exhaust gas. The tail gas can meet the requirements of non-methane total hydrocarbons ≤ 50mg/m3, odor concentration < 500 dimensionless and other various national and local tail gas emission standards.

The waste gas treatment technology is mainly based on the advanced treatment + high-intensity regeneration process, supplemented by the pretreatment process to control the waste gas. It can be combined with other waste gas treatment processes (such as KG-VRU, KG-RTO, KG-RCO...), and can be flexibly used in various waste gas treatment occasions.

★ Pretreatment section

The pretreatment section usually adopts one or more combinations of aerosol filtration, demisting, chemical washing, absorption and other processes to remove substances that affect the adsorption efficiency of organic waste gas, so as to ensure the normal operation of the advanced treatment unit of the post-system.

★ Advanced treatment section

The advanced treatment adopts the adsorption process, and is equipped with corresponding pipelines, valves and instruments. The adsorption system also includes the following features:

The adsorption tank has an intake and exhaust gas distribution system, and a regeneration steam gas distribution system to ensure the adsorption and regeneration efficiency;

The adsorbent uses a variety of adsorption fillers, and the adsorbent is modified and passivated in a targeted manner to ensure the safety and adsorption efficiency.

The adsorption tank has the function of over-temperature automatic cooling, automatic fire extinguishing, over-pressure alarm,and equiped with high-temperature alarm lights .

★ Safe and high-strength regeneration system

In order to ensure the efficiency and thoroughness of regeneration, especially the desorption and regeneration of high boiling point substances ,and prolong the service life of adsorbent materials,the high-strength desorption and regeneration technology adpopt various measures such as high temperature、high vacuum and rapid cooling ,and is equiped with a fire extinguishing device. After regeneration, the cooled and seperated non-condensable gas is returned to the inlet of the vapor recovery device.

★ Non-condensable gas reduction system

After the non-condensable tail gas is compressed and homogenized, it is released into the fuel gas pipeline network in a small amount and evenly for recycling, so as to realize the recycling of this part of light hydrocarbons; CO2 and H2O completely solve the problem of non-condensable gas accumulation in the system.

— Technical Value —

(1) The advanced treatment section, as the core process unit of the organic waste gas treatment device, can improve the waste gas treatment efficiency to over 99%, and the non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration in the exhaust gas can be stabilized below 50mg/m3 for a long time, and the odor concentration is stable at Below 500 (dimensionless);

(2) Equipped with a safe and high-strength regeneration system to ensure the regeneration efficiency of the adsorbent, ensure that the service life of the adsorbent is more than 5 years, and ensure that the exhaust gas reaches the standard stably for a long time.

(3) Equipped with a non-condensable gas reduction unit to process a small amount of non-condensable gas after regeneration. This part of the non-condensable gas can be recovered as light hydrocarbons or sent to the oxidation device for treatment, which is environmentally friendly and reduces secondary pollution.

(4) As an auxiliary means, the pretreatment unit is mainly used for biochemical treatment of sulfur series, ammonia series, malodorous substances and some soluble VOCs to reduce the processing load of the adsorption system.

(5) This technical product solves the two major pain points in the industry that the adsorption process cannot reach the standard stably for a long time and the adsorbent is easy to fail. Similar to the traditional waste gas adsorption treatment process, our company takes the adsorption performance and service life of the adsorbent as the core technical points. Through the high-efficiency adsorbent adsorption and desorption combined process, the treatment load of the exhaust gas treatment system is increased, the exhaust gas is guaranteed to be discharged stably up to the standard, and the needs of various exhaust gas treatment conditions are met. The flexible combination of other waste gas treatment processes (eg: KG-VRU, KG-RTO, KG-RCO...) makes this technology product more widely applicable.
