Biological Deodorization Device
— Technical Overview —
SW technology is a biological waste gas treatment technology, which mainly uses biological bacteria to degrade the malodorous components (such as hydrogen sulfide) in the waste gas, so as to achieve the purpose of removing peculiar smell and waste gas treatment. SW technology mainly has two forms of biological trickling filter and biological filter.
The biological trickling filter uses a large amount of water to circulate and wash the waste gas. The filler porosity is large, the load of the waste gas is high, and the waste gas stays in the equipment for a short time. The volume of the biological trickling filter is relatively small, and the height of the equipment is generally about 4 meters.
The biological filter is to ensure the relative humidity of the filler. The filler is generally composed of wood blocks, bark, and straw. The filler has a small porosity and a large wind resistance. The load of waste gas treatment is low, the waste gas stays in the equipment for a long time, the volume of the biological filter is relatively large, the equipment covers a large area, and the height of the equipment is generally about 2 meters.
Deodorization mechanism: Microorganisms exist in the form of populations. A variety of microorganisms co-exist in an environment. The characteristics of microorganisms are both similar and different. Different pollutants can be found in nature to degrade microorganisms. Therefore, multiple pollutants can be treated and purified simultaneously in one set of devices.

(4) It has the ability to screen, cultivate, and inoculate strains, and has the necessary equipment and facilities for strain isolation, inoculation, preservation, and domestication;
(5) The tail gas emission index meets H2S≤0.33kg/h, NH3≤4.9kg/h, and the odor concentration is less than 500 (dimensionless).
