— Technical Overview —
This technical product is mainly used in low-concentration organic waste gas treatment conditions. The organic waste gas is completely oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O under the action of a catalyst at a lower temperature to achieve the purpose of purifying the gas. In the catalytic combustion process, the role of the catalyst is to reduce the activation energy of the reaction, and at the same time enrich the reactant molecules on the surface of the catalyst to increase the reaction rate; the heat of the high-temperature gas after the reaction is "stored" by the regenerator for preheating. Heat the newly entering organic waste gas, thereby reducing the fuel consumption required for warming up and reducing operating costs.

(1) No flame combustion, can be arranged in explosion-proof production occasions;
(2) Using high-efficiency RCO catalyst, the removal rate of organic matter reaches more than 95%;
(3) Medium and low temperature catalytic oxidation, lower energy consumption.
(4) The catalytic oxidation device is equipped with a temperature alarm system, and is equipped with a bypass fresh air duct to introduce air during "flying temperature";
(5) Use refractory fiber material with good thermal insulation performance and light weight for thermal insulation;
(6) The activated carbon is desorbed and regenerated by the heat exchange fresh hot air evenly entering the adsorption box to prolong the service life of the activated carbon;
