— Technical Overview —
This technical product is mainly used in the treatment of large air volume and low concentration of organic waste gas. Considering that the operation cost of natural gas fuel supply is affected by parameters such as exhaust gas volume and exhaust gas concentration, the exhaust gas treatment device takes the RTO process unit as the core, and uses the zeolite runner process section as the pretreatment unit to concentrate and enrich the exhaust gas. Part of the heat generated by the RTO operation is used for the regeneration of the adsorbent. After regeneration, the high-concentration exhaust gas is transported to the RTO process unit for thorough incineration treatment, so as to meet the recycling utilization of heat energy and the exhaust gas is discharged stably up to the standard.
— Technical Value —
(1) The thermal efficiency of the RTO process unit is as high as 95%, which saves more than 90% of energy compared with direct-fired incinerators;
(2) The removal rate of organic matter reaches more than 95%;
(3) The zeolite runner can concentrate the exhaust gas to greatly reduce the air volume of the regenerative incinerator (RTO), and increase the inlet concentration of the regenerative incinerator (RTO), saving fuel operating costs;
(4) The zeolite runner also has the advantages of low pressure loss, no adsorption loss, and few movable components;
(5) The load reduction ratio of the incinerator burner can reach 1~100%;
(6) Modular design, and can be designed according to customer needs;
(7) It has six safety interlocking controls: system pressure monitoring, incinerator fan abnormal protection, combustion support fan abnormal protection, flame signal monitoring, fuel high and low pressure protection, incinerator high temperature trip protection, etc.;
(8) System automation control, one-button start, simple operation, and can be used with man-machine interface to monitor important data;
(9) Historical records: historical records of system failures and troubleshooting, in order to facilitate the subsequent adjustment of the system, which will surely increase the stability of the system.
