▶ FRP cover

Applicable conditions: the span of the pool body is less than 4m, and the flat glass fiber reinforced plastic cover can be used.

② Arched glass fiber reinforced plastic cover

Applicable conditions: The span of the pool body is 4m~10m, and the arched glass fiber reinforced plastic cover can be used.

▶ Membrane capping

① Fix the cell body membrane with a cover

For the pool body with large span, it is proposed to use the "steel skeleton + membrane" capped for the large-span pool body. The external steel skeleton reduces the direct contact with sewage, which can reduce corrosion and prolong the use of the steel structure. Long life, and the membrane material is tensioned and installed in a large area, and the sealing performance is good. "Steel frame + membrane" can also be made into the form of integral lifting and integral installation, which is convenient for disassembly and hoisting.

② Follow-up pool body membrane capped

For the tank body equipped with the scraper, we plan to use our company's patented product follow-up membrane capping (the first in China), that is, the cover plate can move with the rotation of the scraper, and this capping method is mainly to reduce the gas collection. Space and operating costs, the scraper equipment is externally placed on the outside of the sealing cover, the maintenance personnel and the scraper are in contact with the clean atmosphere, there is no potential safety hazard for personnel and equipment, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment and facilitating the usual maintenance work.

Pipeline transportation

The pipeline transportation system mainly includes: each exhaust gas collection point to the exhaust gas treatment equipment branch pipe and main air pipe. According to different waste gas sources, the pipeline collection and transportation method is adopted, and they are aggregated to the gas collecting main pipe and sent to the waste gas treatment equipment, and discharged up to the standard. If the project is located in the northern part of my country and the temperature is low in winter, it is necessary to increase the insulation at the condensate drainage device.

FRP cover

1. The FRP cover has excellent mechanical properties and can withstand large wind and snow loads;

2. The cover plate is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has strong corrosion resistance and good on-site installation;

3. The cover plate has sufficient strength and overall rigidity to meet the design requirements of the cover system;

4. Reinforcing ribs are added to the cover plate and side sealing plate to effectively increase the support strength of FRP and ensure the bearing capacity of heavy snow in winter;

5. A rectangular inspection port is provided on the cover plate to facilitate daily observation and maintenance. This method ensures the normal operation of the equipment and the daily operation of personnel, and is easy to install and disassemble.

Membrane capping

1. Membrane-covered steel frame externally reduces direct contact with sewage, which can reduce corrosion and prolong the service life of steel structure;

2. It is suitable for various span pools, and the membrane material can meet the functions of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-static and other functions;

3. All the open parts of the structure are sealed, the transmission equipment (scraper) is left outside the cover, and the maintenance work can be carried out outside the cover. It is not limited to the limitation of the space around the tank body, and can solve the defects of built-in mud scraper, increased corrosion and inconvenient maintenance. Ensure the personal safety of staff.

Pipeline transportation

Pipeline transportation can use stainless steel, FRP, galvanized steel pipe and other pipes, and has the following characteristics:
