Activated carbon adsorption + CO

— Technical Overview —

This technical product is mainly used in the treatment of large air volume and low concentration of organic waste gas. After the organic waste gas is treated by the adsorption unit, it is discharged stably up to the standard through the exhaust pipe. Then, the adsorption unit is desorbed, and the high-concentration exhaust gas after desorption is transported to the catalytic oxidation unit for oxidation treatment, and discharged through the exhaust pipe stably up to the standard. The exhaust gas treatment system adopts the combination of activated carbon adsorption and catalytic oxidation, in which the activated carbon adsorption unit concentrates and concentrates the large air volume and low concentration organic waste gas, thereby improving the removal efficiency of the catalytic oxidation unit and ensuring the stable discharge of the exhaust gas.

— Technical Value —

(1) No flame combustion, can be arranged in explosion-proof production occasions;

(2) Using high-efficiency catalysts, the removal rate of organic matter can reach more than 95%;

(3) Medium and low temperature catalytic oxidation, lower energy consumption;

(4) The adsorption treatment unit is used as the exhaust gas concentration and concentration treatment unit, and is equipped with a catalytic oxidation unit, thereby expanding the application scope of the exhaust gas treatment device;

(5) Both catalytic and adsorption devices have temperature alarm systems, and are equipped with bypass fresh air ducts to introduce air during "flying temperature";

(6) Use refractory fiber material with good thermal insulation performance and light weight for thermal insulation;

(7) The activated carbon is desorbed and regenerated by the heat exchange fresh hot air evenly entering the adsorption box to prolong the service life of the activated carbon;

(8) Multi-point temperature control points are set in the equipment, and an automatic alarm system is set at the same time.
