— Technical Overview —

This technical product is mainly aimed at low concentration, high air volume, multi-component organic waste gas, advanced treatment unit as the core process unit, adopts adsorption treatment technology, supporting safe and high-strength regeneration, non-condensable gas reduction unit, etc., to desorb and regenerate the adsorbent , to ensure the adsorption and removal efficiency of the advanced treatment section, and effectively prolong the service life of the adsorbent. The chemical pretreatment unit and biological treatment unit are mainly used for pretreatment of sulfur series, ammonia series, malodorous substances and some VOCs in the exhaust gas. Each process section is combined with each other, and the VOCs intake concentration is lower than 2000mg/m3. , the exhaust gas can meet the emission standards (the exhaust gas treatment efficiency can reach more than 99%, the emission index is ≤50mg/m3, and the odor concentration is stable below 200 (dimensionless)). Regenerating and desorbing the high-concentration exhaust gas, and then combining it with other exhaust gas treatment processes (such as KV-VRU, KG-RTO, KG-RCO...), makes this technology product more widely applicable.

The advanced treatment process unit is the main means to ensure the stable and up-to-standard discharge of exhaust gas. Our company activates the adsorbent used in a special process to enhance the adsorption and removal efficiency of exhaust gas. Strengthening the design of the adsorption device (that is, supporting gas distribution systems such as gas inlet and outlet, regeneration steam, and regeneration tail gas) has better adsorption time and adsorption efficiency than traditional adsorption facilities.

The high-strength regeneration process unit effectively prolongs the service life of the adsorbent and enhances the anti-decay cycle and adsorption performance of the adsorbent. After the exhaust gas generated by the high-strength regeneration process unit is treated by condensation and deoxidation, a very small amount of non-condensable gas is recycled through the non-condensable gas homogenization system or sent to the torch for combustion, and the exhaust gas is thoroughly treated to reduce secondary pollution.

 

★ Chemical pretreatment section

The chemical pretreatment section is a chemical absorption process, which means that a chemical reaction occurs during the absorption process to turn harmful gaseous components into liquid or harmless gases.

★ Biological treatment section

The biological treatment section is a biodegradation process, which means that the microorganisms come into contact with the organic matter in the exhaust gas, and a biochemical reaction occurs, and the pollutants are degraded into carbon dioxide and water without secondary pollution.

★ Advanced processing section

The advanced treatment adopts the adsorption process, and is equipped with corresponding pipelines, valves and instruments. The adsorption system also includes the following features:

The adsorption tank has an intake and exhaust gas distribution system, and a regeneration steam gas distribution system to ensure the adsorption and regeneration efficiency;

The adsorbent uses a variety of adsorption fillers, and the adsorbent is modified and passivated in a targeted manner to ensure the safety and adsorption efficiency.

The adsorption tank has the function of over-temperature automatic cooling, automatic fire extinguishing, over-pressure alarm,and equiped with high-temperature alarm lights .

★ Safe and high-strength regeneration system

In order to ensure the efficiency and thoroughness of regeneration, especially the desorption and regeneration of high boiling point substances ,and prolong the service life of adsorbent materials,the high-strength desorption and regeneration technology adpopt various measures such as high temperature、high vacuum and rapid cooling ,and is equiped with a fire extinguishing device. After regeneration, the cooled and seperated non-condensable gas is returned to the inlet of the vapor recovery device.

★ Non-condensable gas reduction system:

After the non-condensable tail gas is compressed and homogenized, it is released into the fuel gas pipeline network in a small amount and evenly for recycling, so as to realize the recovery and utilization of this part of light hydrocarbons; CO2 and H2O completely solve the problem of non-condensable gas accumulation in the system.

— Technical Value —

(1) As the core process unit of this technical product, the advanced treatment unit can improve the exhaust gas treatment efficiency to over 99%, the non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration in the exhaust gas can be stabilized below 50mg/m3 for a long time, and the odor concentration can be stabilized at 200 (dimensionless) below;
 
(2) Equipped with a safe and high-strength regeneration unit to ensure the regeneration efficiency of the adsorbent, ensure that the service life of the adsorbent is more than 5 years, and ensure that the exhaust gas reaches the standard stably for a long time.
 
(3) Equipped with a non-condensable gas reduction unit to process a small amount of non-condensable gas after regeneration. This part of the non-condensable gas can be recovered as light hydrocarbons or transported to the oxidation device for treatment, which is environmentally friendly and reduces secondary pollution.
 
(4) The chemical pretreatment unit and the biological treatment unit are used as auxiliary means of the products of this technology, mainly for the biochemical treatment of sulfur series, ammonia series, malodorous substances and some soluble VOCs, so as to reduce the processing load of the advanced treatment unit.
 
(5) This technical product solves the two major pain points that the adsorption process in the industry cannot reach the standard stably for a long time and the adsorbent is easy to fail. Similar to the traditional waste gas adsorption treatment process, our company takes the adsorption performance and service life of the adsorbent as the core technical points. Through the high-efficiency adsorbent adsorption and desorption combined process, the treatment load of the exhaust gas treatment system is increased, the exhaust gas is guaranteed to be discharged stably up to the standard, and the needs of various exhaust gas treatment conditions are met. Flexible combination with other waste gas treatment processes (eg: KG-VRU, KG-RTO, KG-RCO...) makes this technology product more widely applicable.
